As it was the one of the closest grounds for me and also an old stadium.
Train weather disruptions were awful, so had to keep changing over and on way home the train was delayed 3 hours. We then took an easy tube to White City.
Belushi’s which is a great pub. We even got given a Microphone which was a good laugh.
Expensive and couldn’t keep lid – very slow service! The pie was nice though.
Great view for a restricted view ticket in the upper tier behind the goal.
Our away support was good until we went 3-0 down. The home fans were awful until full time.
10/10 – spoke to a couple of home fans at McDonald’s and chatted for about half an hour.
Busy at tube stations – but the police were helpful.
About £100 in total on food, travel and drinks for 3 people.
Yes, definitely The only bad side is the concourse but great old ground. The away pub is good and the walk from the pub was great with a police escort. The stewards inside the stadium were very friendly too!
As it was the one of the closest grounds for me.
We started off by train then it stop due to train malfunction then went by car which was full of traffic.
We found one right out side the ground and followed the home fans.
We ate at Westfield which was quite nice and value for money.
The pie was very nice!
Very good – felt like you were on the pitch.
Really loud. It was great!
7/10 – there was a really irritating fan with a hat and air horn!
We got out and away very easily.
Definitely, yes!
