Having just lost our previous game on the Saturday, this was a chance to getting back to winning ways against the table topping team.
Went by car with a friend and the journey was very easy.
We pre-booked a space at Sainsburys which is just a 10 minute walk away from the Stadium. After the game it took about 15 minutes due to the fact we had to walk a different way back to the car.
Visited the in-house bar & kitchen at the ground and had a good chat with a couple of home fans. I think we were the only away fans there but the atmosphere was fine.
I didn’t eat or drink inside the ground but from comments made by other fans they had no complaints.
Excellent view from our seat and the stand we were in was one of the better ones in League 2.
Considering only 3 sides of the ground are in use, the atmosphere was very good. This was probably due to the fact that our fans are always noisy and the home fans did attempt to assist their team as well.
8/10.
No hassles getting back to our car and apart from the “normal” delays after a match it was very good.
Spent approx £55 all in and I would consider it good value
Yes I would, 100%.
Excellent match between two teams who both wanted to play football and hopefully they will meet again next season in League 1.
