I follow the Dons all over the country and visiting Doncaster is always worthwhile apart from the actual match
Went by car with a friend and we parked in a pre-booked space at the nearby Travelodge.
It only took us 5 minutes to walk to the stadium from our pre-booked parking space at the nearby Travelodge.
Visited the Bar at the ground which welcomes away fans as we knew it is very enjoyable. The friendly Bar Staff knew what they were doing unlike the Bar Staff at Stadium MK.
Had a meat pie in the bar which was tasty and value for money.
Plastic seats which is the norm on most League 2 grounds but excellent views from our position.
Not much atmosphere to be honest which probably had to do with the fact that the MK didn’t show up and it was easily our worst league performance of the season.
10/10.
Just a 5 minute walk back to the car and no trouble after that.
£16 for OAP Ticket, £20 for petrol and approximately £30 for food and drink. Very good value!
Excellent away day and I would always recommend it to fans of other clubs.
If other fans like walking, then there is a large lake nearby which looks a really good walk beforehand. I really enjoy visiting Doncaster BUT we always lose !!!!
